Issue:

PayPal error – We’re sorry things don’t appear to be working at the movement. Please try again later.

Fix:

I was getting above error after I complete setup of PayPal account on WP to receive payment.

In my case I have configured the setup account correctly, but mine was personal account and to receive payment from website need to have PayPal business account.

So, I have upgrade my PayPal “personal account” to “business account” (free of cost) but still I was facing same issue.

Then I have change account setting mentioned below and it worked for me:

• Log into your PayPal account and click on setting.
• Then click on “Selling Tools”.
• Click the “Update” button next to “Website Preferences”.
• Scroll down to the section titled “Encrypted Website Payments”.
• Ensure the “Off” option has been checked.

BTW, PayPal provides good support!
